DELIVERY AND RETURNS
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES:

LAST DATES FOR EUROPE ORDERS: 12 NOON SATURDAY 11th DEC,
LAST DATES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 12 NOON FRIDAY 9th DEC,
PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS FROM TUESDAY 20th DEC UNTIL TUESDAY 3rd JANUARY, ANY ORDERS MADE DURING THAT TIME WILL BE POSTED ON OUR RETURN.
DELIVERIES: All prints are delivered in a sturdy, cardboard postal tube, unframed unless otherwise stated. Prints are carefully rolled in acid free tissue and include your receipt/proof of authenticity.
STANDARD SHIPPING: We will endeavour to deliver within 5 working days (UK). If we are unable to deliver your order within 5 days we will contact you to advise you of this. You will then have three options: to cancel the order and receive a full refund; to agree a substitution of the goods you ordered; or to accept a later delivery date. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a tracking email to let you know it is on its way. Prints are dispatched using a signed for delivery service, usually delivered between 9am - 5pm.
FREE SHIPPING: We will endeavour to deliver within 10 working days (UK). If we are unable to deliver your order within 10 days we will contact you to advise you of this. You will then have three options: to cancel the order and receive a full refund; to agree a substitution of the goods you ordered; or to accept a later delivery date. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a tracking email to let you know it is on its way. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will endeavour to deliver within 15 working days using a 'signed for' service. If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days we will contact you to advise you of this. You will then have three options: to cancel the order and receive a full refund; to agree a substitution of the goods you ordered; or to accept a later delivery date. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a tracking email to let you know it is on its way. Please note International Shipments can be subject to customs delays that affect our delivery times and are out of our control, please also read the information below regarding customs duties.

All shipments to outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them/the courier before they will release your shipment to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.
If your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery address, or you fail to collect your delivery from you local depot and it is returned to us, we will have to recharge postage to send it back out to you
RETURNS: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 working days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
