We're really excited to welcome the amazing Marylou Faure to the Outline Editions roster! Take a look at her brand new series of large scale prints here, or read on for more information about the artist.
Originally from France, Marylou completed her Masters in Art Direction and Graphic Design at L’ESAG Peninghen in Paris before moving to London in 2012.
She has since collaborated with global brands and agencies, providing illustration for a broad range of digital and print projects. Specialising in character design, bold colours and hand-written typography, Marylou aspires to create artwork that invokes joy with her cheeky and playful style. Above all, Marylou believes in using her skills for good and enjoys working on projects for a strong social or ethical cause
In her latest body of work, created for the exhibition 'Nobody's Baby' in February 2019, Marylou continues her exploration of themes of fearless femininity, creating empowered and independent female figures who exude freedom and ease in their own skins.
“The idea behind my work is to show people that being confident can give you a sense of empowerment. I always try to present my female characters in a similar way – as strong and feminine, in the hope that some of their qualities will reflect on me, as well as my audience. My characters never care about what other people think about them and neither should we”.

'Kurt Cobain's Greenhouse' is a limited edition of 250 prints, and is signed and numbered in pencil. Dalwood recreates images of interiors from layers of collaged material that are translated into paint, choosing scenes with dark and violent associations and a certain pop-culture notoriety, the spaces have a sense of foreboding and poignancy, but pull back from recreating explicit violence, leaving us strangely adrift, between remembered images and imagined horrors. Click here to view and purchase the edition.
You can see more of Dexter's work here, and read more about the work here

The works are organized into thematic chapters such as ‘Pretty Ugly’ (portraits), ‘In Out’ (sex), ‘Life Death’ (conflict), and ‘Less More’ (daily life). Alongside the images, Bar reveals his working methods and the stories behind his often idiosyncratic inspiration for different illustrations, and reflects on how his life experiences have shaped him as an artist. This series of portraits employ his trademark witty compositions, his subjects are both instantly familiar and, on closer inspection, filled with double entendres and visual puns. Rare, small editions, the prints are hand pulled silkscreen prints, signed and numbered by Noma in an edition of 10. Check them out here

Outline Editions is teaming up with publishing company Using Music to create a series of artworks to accompany Using Music’s collection of Library music. Why? Because most artwork used by production music libraries is unimaginative at best and at worst downright cheesy. We want to change that, and that’s where you come in!
We’re inviting artists to submit a response to one of the album themes. If your submission is successful we’ll take the artwork forward to produce imagery for the Using Music website and album sleeves, exposing your artwork to a huge network of creative agencies and advertising professionals.
To launch the project Outline Editions will also produce and publish a limited edition print which will be sold online, promoted to our wide collector and industry lists and exhibited in a group exhibition with other final designs at our space in Shoreditch. We’re looking to showcase the skills of all the illustrators involved to our collectors, helping us and them to find new talent to collect and support. Successful entries will receive payment of £125 per image used.
