TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRINTING

Our editions are Giclee prints using the highest quality archival paper and inks, limited edition screen-prints, woodblock or woodcut prints. They are delivered unframed and either signed and numbered by the artist or supplied with a certificate of authentication signed and numbered by the artist. We also provide a framing service at the gallery. Please take note of the site information given on each artwork before purchasing. There may be a slight variation between artwork colours viewed on the website and the actual print colours, which are faithful to the original work. To safeguard your investment, avoid excessive handling and frame your artwork under glass soon after delivery, to protect the image surface from the environment. Avoid hanging the work where it will be exposed to direct sunlight, sources of direct heat or damp.

SHIPPING

All prints are delivered in a sturdy, wide cardboard tube, unframed unless otherwise stated. We will endeavour to deliver within 15 working days (UK). If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days we will contact you to advise you of this. You will then have three options: to cancel the order and receive a full refund; to agree a substitution of the goods you ordered; or to accept a later delivery date. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email to let you know it is on its way. If you require a faster delivery service, please send an email to info@outline-editions.co.uk

Please note that all shipments to outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them/the courier before they will release your shipment to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 working days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

PRIVACY

Outline Editions is firmly committed to respecting your privacy. We will never share any of your details with any third party. If you are on our mailing list you will only receive emails from us about new editions or offers, and you can remove yourself at any time from our mailing list by sending a blank email with “Unsubscribe Mailing List” in the subject line to info@outline-editions.co.uk
